Return Goods Policy
1. All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
That number can be obtained by calling mytaMed customer service at
877.444.6982.
2. Merchandise must be returned in unopened and
undamaged original packaging, and merchandise must not have been, cleaned,
washed, sterilized or used. A signed
Cleaning Certification must be included with return. That document can be obtained by calling
mytaMed customer service at 877.444.6982.
3. Merchandise returned (received by mytaMed) within 15
days of date of invoice will be credited at the customer’s actual purchase
price less freight and insurance fee charges.
That credit will be in the form of mytaMed credit only to be used toward
future purchases of mytaMed products.
4. Merchandise returned (received by mytaMed) between
15 days and 30 days of date of invoice will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5. Merchandise returned (received by mytaMed) after 30
days will receive no credit.
6. Special order items are not returnable for
credit. Special order items are defined
as any item which is not in the current price list.
